All my work reflects a range of paintings in mixed media, inspired by seasonal, elemental, atmospheric, imagined, emotional, abstract, and impressionistic themes, which feature woodlands, landscapes, coastlines, wildflowers, and water.
I am especially interested in textures and details, bringing nature and the wilder world to life with gestural, energetic, and unique mark-making and, in some cases, adding found materials from the original place of inspiration.
 
I have been a painter for 18 years and have sold my work privately, as well as exhibited it around the British Isles and across Europe.

This work was created after a spring walk at dusk. Note the blue tones in the shadows, denoting the lament of people who have fallen and the celestial light shimmering between the standing trees.
